Official : Former Arsenal Schoolboy Odusina Joins National League Side Hartlepool United
Published: August 02, 2020With a statement on their official website, National League club Hartlepool United have announced the signing of former Arsenal schoolboy Timi Odusina.
The central defender is joining Hartlepool United on a permanent deal in what would be his second spell at the club, having spent the second half of the 2019-2020 season on loan at Pool.
Odusina had been searching for a new club following his release by Norwich City, where he spent the last six years of his career.
Speaking on the capture of Odusina, manager Dave Challinor said : "Timi is a great signing for us as he is such a useful player to have in the squad.
"As he we saw last season he’s a quick lad which definitely comes in use. I know the fans really warmed to him as well so I’m happy to get him back".
In his first stint at Hartlepool United, Odusina went the distance in eight consecutive matches before the league was halted,
and helped the club keep an impressive four clean sheets.
