Former Lazio star Makinwa pinpoints one quality that makes Osimhen a good striker
Published: March 10, 2021Former Lazio star turned agent Stephen Makinwa has highlighted one quality possessed by Victor Osimhen that makes him a good striker.
Makinwa revealed that Osimhen could be deadly when he finds space to operate on the pitch.
The Super Eagles number 9 already showed that trait in his most recent game against Bologna when he out-sprinted center back Danilo beforeĀ slotting home with a composed right-footed finish.
Speaking to Radio Kiss Kiss via calcionapoli1926, Makinwa stated : "He has a lot of quality and slowly he is showing it and it is coming out.
"When he has space he is truly unstoppable as he demonstrated with Bologna. Osimhen can play safely even in 4-3-3.
"He likes to attack space and then with his qualities he can play with any formatiuon. It would be great if he brought Napoli to the Champions League but it won't be easy".
Osimhen is Nigeria's most decisive player in the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers with a goal involvement of eight, which is four more than he has managed for Napoli over the course of this season.
