Published: June 28, 2021With a statement on their official website, FA WSL champions Chelsea have announced that Emily Orman, 18, has committed her future to the club by putting pen to paper on a new deal.
The talented goalkeeper has signed her first professional contract with The Blues, a deal that runs until 2023 with the option to extend by a further year.
Although Orman has yet to make her senior debut for the English champions, she has trained with the first team several times, which is a testament to how highly she's rated by the coaching staff.
After signing the deal, Orman told Chelsea's official website : "It’s a genuine dream come true and it’s an honour to sign my first professional contract at this club.
"It’s something that me, my family and coaches around me have been working to achieve since I was about six years old. It’s an indescribable feeling but really, the hard work starts now."
