Young defender Dujon Sterling has moved to Blackpool on loan after putting pen to paper on a new two-year deal until June 30, 2023.
The 21-year-old, who joined the Blues at U8 level, previously enjoyed loan spells at Coventry City and Wigan Athletic.
Another academy star in Thierno Ballo has completed a season-long loan move to Rapid Vienna.
The Ivorian-born Austria U21 international joined Chelsea three and a half years ago and helped the development squad win the Premier League 2 title in 2019-2020.
Wales international Ethan Ampadu signed a new three-year contract with Chelsea before joining Italian side Venezia on loan for the 2021-22 season.
He will be teammates with Super Eagles defender Tyronne Ebuehi and ex-Dream Team VII striker David Okereke at Venezia.
Atlético de Madrid and Chelsea FC have reached an agreement over the temporary transfer of Saúl Níguez.
After eight seasons as an Atleti first team player, the Spaniard moves to the Blues on a loan with an option for a permanent transfer at the end of the season.
