Fast-rising Chukwuemeka brothers may be next 'brothers act' in Super Eagles
The one thing that the Nigeria Football Federation have not been doing like their England counterparts is rewarding retired players who played for the national teams.

Despite the wonderful footballing talents that the country is blessed with, internal wrangling, poor management and government interference have bedeviled the running of the game back home.

When the talk is about the nationalities of players who have the choice to make between England and Nigeria, most (not all it must be said) would naturally gravitate towards allegiance for England where they were born.

Just like newbettingsites.com.au that offers exciting features for its teeming customers, you can take it to the bank that there are still players with dual nationalities expected to follow Ademola Lookman in switching allegiance to Nigeria.

Most of the players in this category only settle for Nigeria when they do not get the chance to play for the Three Lions.

However that narrative is slowly but gradually changing.

Players with dual nationalities have been objects of interests from the England and Germany FAs and that has been widely reported.

Carney and Caleb Chukwuemeka  may not be the most popular footballing brothers but the Aston Villa jewels are seriously attracting the attention of teams in England and abroad with performances that belie their ages.

Carney in particular has been spinning heads at the Birmingham based club with some scintillating performances where his game is on the rise.

The coming of Brazilian technician and Liverpool star Phillipe Coutinho and a few other top class stars has massively improved the Chukwuemekas and who knows, with good persuasive words, the Nigeria Football Federation can nick the brothers now.

The present Super Eagles side is made up of exciting young players. That is one of the few things that former head coach Gernot Rohr did that gladdens the heart.

The average age of the present players is about 25 years old and that is not a frightening thing for new kids on the block unlike a team made up of 'senior citizens' in their late 20s and well into their 30s.

The Chukwuemeka brothers could well be on their way to becoming the next brothers act in the national team after the duo of Ikechukwu and Kalu Uche dazzled in the green and white colours of the Super Eagles.
