Chelsea-owned striker of Nigerian descent makes unofficial debut for Rosenborg
Norwegian giants Rosenborg continued their preparations for the new season with a friendly against FK Haugesund at the Marbella Football Center in Spain on Friday, March 11.

Having shipped three goals in each of their last two games before the friendly against FK Haugesund, the 26-time Norwegian champions put in a strong defensive showing against the Seagulls as both teams settled for a goalless draw, albeit on a difficult pitch after torrential rain.

Chelsea-owned Norway youth international of Nigerian descent Bryan Fiabema completed his move to Rosenborg last weekend, joining the Trondheim-based side on a season-long loan with an option to buy inserted into the deal.

The 19-year-old made his unofficial debut for Rosenborg when he came on as a substitute in the friendly against Haugesund.

It is worthy to note that the Norwegian-Nigerian striker made his professional debut against FK Haugesund on July 14, 2019 wearing the colours of Tromso.

His next opportunity for game time is on Tuesday when RBK face FC Europa in another friendly at the Marbella Football Center.

FK Haugesund brand new signing Hilary Gong also made his unofficial debut yesterday, playing the last fifteen minutes against Rosenborg and showed the pace he has that encouraged the club to sign him.
