Snapped : Watford striker links up with international teammates in New Jersey, United States
Published: May 31, 2022The official Twitter handle of the Super Eagles of Nigeria has confirmed that Watford striker Emmanuel Dennis has joined up with the squad in New Jersey, United States ahead of their second friendly game against Ecuador.
The striker was absent in the first game against Mexico which the Super Eagles lost with a 2-1 scoreline due to a knee injury that kept him out of Watford's end of the season run-in against Everton, Leicester City and Chelsea.
Jose Peseiro will be happy to have Dennis on his roster as a lack of adequate firepower affected the Super Eagles against Mexico.

Dennis was involved in 16 goals (10 goals and 6 assists) in 33 appearances for a struggling Hornets side that later got relegated from the Premier League.
The versatile forward will provide quality and depth for Peseiro with his ability to play on either wing and upfront laying down a variety of options for the coach to explore.
Dennis made his full Super Eagles debut in a 2022 World Cup playoff match against the Black Stars of Ghana on March 29, 2022, taking his total appearances for the national team to five.
