Paul Onuachu bagged a double brace for Racing Genk in their massive win over Sporting Charleroi on Friday night.
Genk defeated Sporting Charleroi 4-1 courtesy of Onuachu's goals in a Belgian Pro League match played at the Cegeka Arena.
Onuachu opened the scoring for the hosts as early as the ninth minute, converting a spot kick the referee awarded.
Ten minutes before halftime, the lanky forward extended the lead for Genk and completed his hat trick in the 71st minute before wrapping up the scoring in stoppage time.
According to the statisticians at OPTA, Onuachu has now scored the most headed goals in the top ten European leagues since the start of the 2019-2020 season.
The FC Ebedei product has displayed his aerial prowess with 23 headed goals, four more than second placed Barcelona superstar Robert Lewandowski and six more than Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane who is third.
