Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively reveal the names of the twenty-five players included in Nigeria's provisional squad for the 2023 Africa U20 Cup of Nations.
Flying Eagles boss Ladan Bosso has picked three defenders, six defenders, eight midfielders and eight strikers on the 25-man roster ahead of the team's trip to Morocco for the second phase of preparations.
Bosso made some late changes to the roster and there are now five foreign-based professionals in contention to feature for the Flying Eagles at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, having made the squad list.
They are İstanbulspor star Michael Ologo, Trelleborgs FF central defender Abel Ogwuche, FC Cartagena winger Beji Muhammed, PFC Montana striker Kelechi Success, and KAA Gent starlet Ahmed Abdullahi.
Promising striker Segun Otusanya was seriously in contention to be in the squad list but his place has been handed to Abdullahi, who was previously ruled out of the tournament.
The Flying Eagles are expected to play two friendly matches in Morocco against African countries before their opening match of the AFCON.
