The Oslo native was immediately loaned back to KFUM-Kameratene Oslo until the summer of 2023.
Nosa earned himself a transfer to FK Bodø/Glimt after putting himself in the shop window in the 2022 Norwegian season.
He registered six goals and six assists in 28 appearances for KFUM-Kameratene Oslo in the second tier last term and bagged an assist in the Norwegian Cup.
Four days ago, he impressed on his debut for Norway's youth teams, scoring after coming off the bench as the U20s thrashed Romania 4-0 in an U20 Elite League match.
Born to a Nigerian mother and Norwegian father, Nosa has a Nigerian passport as well, allnigeriasoccer.com understands.
Speaking after the deal was confirmed, the Norwegian-Nigerian winger stated : "One of the biggest reasons for choosing Glimt is that they are the best team in Norway.
"It is also the best place to be as a winger. You can only see that by how they play and how well they play. It's a club on the rise and I want to join.
"I have a lot of faith in myself. If I do what I know I can do, no one can stop me."
