Chelsea youth product Eze heads out on loan ahead of permanent departure from Norwich City
Published: March 23, 2024Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that Nigerian attacking midfielder Dubem Eze has played his last game for Norwich City following his loan move to National League North club Warrington Town F.C. on Friday, March 22.
A product of the Chelsea academy, Eze will spend the remainder of the season at the Yellows and he is in contention to make his debut in Saturday's league game against Scunthorpe United at Cantilever Park.
The 19-year-old comes off contract with the Canaries in the off season and has no intention to extend his contract with the Championship outfit.
It is understood that Eze has a deal in place for him to join another English Football League club ahead of the start of next season, with a two-year deal on the table.
The promising midfielder arrived at Norwich City on a scholarship deal after spending one year at Derby County,
He is set to depart Norwich City without making his senior debut and has now joined Warrington Town in search of first team football before his permanent departure from the Canaries.
Eze represented Norwich City in the Premier League 2, U18 and U21 Premier League Cup, U18 Premier League and FA Youth Cup.
He was on the books of Chelsea for seven years before moving on to pastures new in 2021.
