Agent confirms Victor Moses is attracting interest from Turkish, Middle East clubs; RPL also a possibility
Published: July 24, 2024The agency that handles the affairs of Victor Moses has not ruled out the possibility of the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations-winning forward moving to one of the Russian Premier League clubs in the ongoing transfer window.
The former Chelsea star is currently unemployed following the expiration of his contract with Spartak Moscow.
Moses initially joined Spartak Moscow on loan from Chelsea during the 2020-2021 season and the move was made permanent the following season, with the Muscovites parting with five million euros to secure his signature.
The versatile winger appeared in 84 matches in a four-year association with the Red and Whites and directly participated in 20 goals (10 goals, 10 assists).
Moses went the distance as Spartak beat city rivals Dynamo Moscow to win the Russian Cup in May 2022.
"Victor may stay in Russia if there is a worthy option. There is also interest from Turkey and the Middle East," an agent that workls for ROOF told Match TV.
A product of the Crystal Palace academy, Moses has played for illustrious clubs such as Chelsea, Liverpool, West Ham United, Inter Milan and Fenerbahce, and was loaned out to Stoke City during his stint with the Blues.
The 33-year-old was a key member of the last Chelsea side to win the Premier League, back in the 2016-2017 season, and also lifted the Emirates FA Cup and UEFA Europa League as a Chelsea player.
