Aribo goes 90 as Southampton's club record scoring streak against Tottenham Hotspur ends at 15 games

Southampton were booed off at full-time following a 5-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur in a Premier League clash at St Mary's Stadium on Sunday night.
Joe Aribo played the full game for the Saints, international teammate Paul Onuachu returned to the matchday squad but was a non-playing substitute, while Chelsea loanee Lesley Ugochukwu was not involved.
Southampton's club-record streak of scoring in fifteen consecutive Premier League games against Tottenham came to an end tonight, as they failed to find the net.
The question now is whether the heavy defeat marks Russell Martin's last match as Southampton manager.
Tottenham Hotspur got the job done within the opening quarter of an hour as James Maddison, Heung-min Son and Dejan Kulusevski all found the net, giving the visitors a three-goal lead.
Pape Matar Sarr made it 4-0 in the 25th minute and Maddison completed the scoring in first half stoppage after a superb outside-of-the-boot pass from Heung-min Son.
Southampton have earned just five points from their first sixteen Premier League matches this season, with one win and two draws.
With two goals in the Premier League, Aribo is tied as Southampton's top scorer in the division, sharing the honour with Adam Armstrong and Cameron Archer.
