2014 Olympic National Team invitee Dominic Iorfa has been included in the EFL Championship Team of the Week.
Making his thirteenth appearance in all competitions this term, the centre-back caught the eye as 10-man Sheffield Wednesday registered a hard-fought 2-0 victory over Stoke City at Hillsborough.
With a game-high four aerial duels, thirteen clearances—the most by any player—one interception, and four tackles, Iorfa delivered a standout defensive performance.
Bromley defenders Idris Odutayo and Omar Sowunmi have been named in the League Two Team of the Week.
The duo helped The Lillywhites keep a clean sheet in a 2-0 road win against Morecambe at Mazuma Stadium on Saturday, December 21.
Nineteen minutes into the game, the giant defender nodded home from close range to give his side the lead.
Sowunmi won seven aerial duels, registered two tackles and eight clearances, and managed to complete 58.8 percent of his passes.
Odutayo made three tackles, one interception and five clearances, earning a man-of-the-match rating of 8.85.
