SOLOMON OKORONKWO On Target For Pecsi MFC
Beijing Olympic silver medalist and Pécsi MFC forward Solomon Okorokwo scored his third goal in the Hungarian championship on Saturday against Siófok in the week 13 round of matches.

With this strike, Okoronkwo has become the top scorer for Pécsi MFC in the championship.

Former Hungarian defensive midfielder Paul Dárdai , who was Okoronkwo's teammate at Hertha Berlin, Germany, convinced the four - cap Nigeria international to sign a contract with the 1990 Hungarian Cup winners in January.

25 - year - old Okoronkwo told Hungarian media that he did not extend his stay at past club Aalesund because the Norwegians offered him a multi - year contract, which he was not prepared to sign.

He reportedly earns 4,000 euros a month at Pécsi MFC. Eke Uzoma, former player of 1860 Munich, also plays for the Baranya based club.
