Celtic Insider: RABIU IBRAHIM Did Not Impress
Published: December 03, 2012Matt Mcglone, Editor of the Celtic magazine 'Alternative View' has shared his thoughts and impressions on the Nigeria youth - teamer Rabiu Ibrahim, who made his first start for the Glasgow giants against Arbroath in the Scottish Cup last weekend.
Mcglone told allnigeriasoccer.com: ''He (Rabiu) looked pretty raw and didn't do much. He is nowhere first team level physically or mentally.Played against division two opposition on Saturday and was ordinary. I'd give him three marks out of ten.''
Celtic gaffer Neil Lennon, in his post match comments, scored the former Under 17 World Champion poorly.
''Nigerian play maker, Ibrahim Rabiu was busy, but to no great consequence,'' he said.
Arbroath forced Celtic to a 1- 1 draw. The replay will take place on Wednesday, December 12.
