National Team Door Still Open For Odemwingie

West Brom attacker Peter Odemwingie still has a future with the National Team despite his Twitter outburst following his snub by the Eagles handlers from the list of players invited to a pre - Nations Cup training camp in Portugal.
Ben Alaiya, Super Eagles spokesman, says the 31- year - old one time Bendel Insurance star could be considered for selection after the African Cup of Nations.
He told futaa.com: ''The coach has stated that he will be working with more players when the World Cup qualifiers resume next year and Osaze (Odemwingie) and others that are not in the plans for the Nations Cup still have the chance of playing for Nigeria.''
Odemwingie played in four editions of the African Cup of Nations from 2004 - 2010.
