Ogunjimi: Imoh Ezekiel Is The Most Complete Striker In Belgium After Mbokani
Published: January 09, 2013Marvin Ogunjimi has completed his switch from Standard Liege to Beerschot. The Belgian international managed only five appearances for The Reds as the gaffer preferred the Nigerian teenager Imoh Ezekiel in attack.
He has admitted to the press in Belgium that it was difficult for him to adapt to Standard due to injuries and poor physical condition.
''It is true that at first I was not in shape, later ill and injured, and then I was used again until early December. Imoh Ezekiel was always on the teamsheet which is good. For me he is the most complete striker in Belgium after Dieumerci Mbokani,'' says Ogunjimi to Sport/Voetbalmagazine.
Ogunjimi, primarily a player of Mallorca, has been sub-leased to Beerschot until the end of the 2012-2013 season.
