Sporting Director : West Brom Don't Intend To Sell Odemwingie
Published: January 24, 2013Sporting and Technical Director of West Brom Richard Garlick has confirmed that there was an offer from Queens Park Rangers for the services of Peter Odemwingie, but it was turned down.
'' We don’t have to sell any of our players, it’s only on our terms. It’s well documented about Peter. We had an offer and we don’t intend to sell any of our players.
''When an offer comes in we speak to the player out of courtesy. We’ve had that chat with Peter and he knows the situation,'' Garlick told Birmingham Mail.
Peter Odemwingie, 31, is also being coveted by Newcastle United. Valued at 5.5 million euros by transfer market experts, the Super Eagle is unlikely to leave the Baggies this winter.
