Ahmed Musa Begins Training With CSKA Moscow
Published: July 07, 2013Nigeria international Ahmed Musa has linked up with the rest of the CSKA Moscow squad for pre-season training, informs the official website of the Russian champions.
The offensive player was earlier granted permission by the leadership of the capital team due to his participation at the Fifa Confederations Cup, where he represented Africa.
If Musa's fitness is not in doubt, he could even be summoned for the exhibition match against Nizhny Novgorod Volga on Monday, July 8.
CSKA Moscow will be guests to Adesoye Oyewole's Ural in their opening match of the Russian championship on July 17.
Before then, the Army Men will lock horns with Zenith St Petersburg in the Super Cup this coming Saturday.
