Swope Park Rangers have advanced to the 2016 USL Cup Final following a 3-0 win over Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 on Saturday night at Swope Soccer Village.<br /><br />Nigeria U23 trainee Nansel Selbol played a part in their big win, coming off the bench in the 19th minute after Gonzalez had sustained an injury. <br /><br />On 62 minutes, the attacking midfielder would have given the home team a three-goal cushion if he had scored, but saw his effort saved by goalkeeper Spencer Richey before shooting wide ten minutes later. <br /><br />Selbol&rsquo;s dismissal in second half stoppage time took the shine off his performance. He was first yellow carded in the 83rd minute before receiving his second caution. <br /><br />Because of the red card, the 19-year-old has been ruled out of the Cup final against New York Red Bulls II or Louisville City FC.<br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel <br /><br />
