Rennes forward who scored against PSG headlines Jordan's 26-man squad for Nigeria, Costa Rica friendlies

The Jordan Football Association on Thursday announced the national team's roster for the upcoming friendlies against Costa Rica and Nigeria as part of the four-team international friendly tournament being held in Antalya, Turkey.

Jordan's Moroccan coach Jamal Sellami has included Raja Casablanca forward  Mohammad Abu Zrayq in the squad list.

Twenty six players have been summoned for the friendlies, including three goalkeepers, seven defenders, nine midfielders and seven forwards.

The standout player in the Jordan squad is Musa Al-Taamari who is having a breakout season with Ligue 1 club Rennes, registering 11 goal involvements (4 goals, 7 assists) in 28 all-competition appearances this term.

 Al-Taamari was on target against Champions League holders Paris Saint-Germain in a Ligue 1 fixture last month. 

The Jordan delegation is scheduled to depart for Antalya next Sunday, with fixtures lined up against Costa Rica on Friday, March 27, and Nigeria on Tuesday, March 31.
