Slavia Prague winger Peter Olayinka has admitted that Glasgow Rangers were too aggressive during their Europa League round of 16 clash at the Ibrox Stadium on Thursday night.
Israeli referee Orel Grinfeld dished out yellow cards to five Rangers players while Leon Balogun and Kemar Roofe were sent off in the second half.
It wasn't planned that Slavia Prague manager Jindrich Trpisovsky was going to name Olayinka in the starting lineup to face the Light Blues after he suffered an injury in the first leg last week but he passed a late fitness test and went on to open the scoring in the 14th minute.
When asked if he agrees that Rangers were very aggressive, Olayinka told TV Slavia : "You can see what happened to Ondrej Kolar, it was really a bad tackle and the second yellow card for Balogun, I think it's a yellow card.
"This kind of game is high tempo game, aggressive game, tough game for us and it was a good decision."
He added : "We were physically fit, strong mentally because everyone was determined to fight no matter what and this is what gave us the win."
Olayinka and his Slavia Prague teammates will travel to the United Kingdom for a third time this season when they face Arsenal in the quarterfinals of the Europa League at the Emirates Stadium on April 8.
