Super Eagles manager Eric Chelle has announced his starting lineup for Tuesday evening's international friendly against Jordan in Antalya, Türkiye, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
The Malian football tactician was expected to make at least three changes to the starting lineup that beat Iran 2-1, with goalkeeper Maduka Okoye, centre-back Semi Ajayi and fullback Bruno Onyenaechi not available for selection.
Francis Uzoho, as expected replaces Okoye in goal, and he is protected by a back four consisting of Bright Osayi-Samuel, Igoh Ogbu, Emmanuel Fernandez and Zaidu Sanusi.
This appearance marks Fernández’s first start for the Super Eagles, coming in just his second international cap.
There is also a reshuffle in midfield, with Raphael Onyedika set to partner Frank Onyeka at the heart of the team.
In attack, Akor Adams is supported by Moses Simon, Ademola Lookman and Yira Sor, with the latter set to make his debut for the Super Eagles.
