Tottenham Hotspur fullback Ashleigh Neville has been named the winner of the monthly accolade, seeing off competition from the Nigeria international, Jess Carter (Chelsea), Ann-Katrin Berger (Chelsea), Jemma Purfield (Leicester) and Alisha Lehmann (Aston Villa).
Neville made history as the first Tottenham Hotspur player to receive the Women's Super League Player of the Month.
Plumptre had been nominated for the WSL POTM after helping the Foxes win their two matches in February, against Birmingham City and West Ham United.
She netted her first ever goal in the Women's Super League as
Leicester City thrashed West Ham 3-0 on February 13, rising highest to
nod the ball into the bottom corner after eight minutes.
The Super Falcon is currently recovering from illness and will miss Leicester City's trip to Manchester United this weekend.
