Twenty Three Players Of Nigerian Descent Called Up By England Youth Teams This Season
Twenty-three Nigerian players have been called up to England<span><span class="body1">’s</span> youth teams since the start of the 2016-2017 season.<br /><br /></span><span>With six players called up, Chelsea have contributed the most players of Nigerian heritage, followed by Arsenal who have five players on the list, Man City have three.<br /><br />Nine players, including Chelsea prospect Jordan Aina, have been invited to play for England U16 team. <br /><br /></span><span><span>Five players were called up
to the U21 squad, U18 four, U20 three, while the U19 and U17
