Two-highly rated Nigerian teenagers, Jonathan Afolabi and Michael Obafemi, have signed scholarship deals with English Premier League club Southampton, writes the official website.<br /><br />The two strikers were part of the thirteen youngsters that penned two-year professional scholarships with the Saints.<br /><br />Michael Obafemi was born July 6, 2000 and has represented his county before in athletics in the one hundred meters, while Afolabi is 16 years. <br /><br />Jonathan Afolabi has a Republic of Ireland passport and represented their U16s team at the 2015 Victory Shield Tournament.<br /><br />Both players will play for Southampton&rsquo;s Under-18s squad in the 2016-2017 campaign.<br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel <br /><br />Photo Credit : saintsfc.co.uk/ Matt Watson<br />
