Hong Kong Under 23 international Brian Fok&nbsp; has explained why he is yet to make his debut for Romanian Liga II club ACS Berceni. <br /><br />The Shanghai Greenland Shenhua defender was farmed out on a year-long loan just before the close of the Romanian transfer window due to his lack of first team opportunities at the Chinese Super League club.<br /><br />&ldquo;I&rsquo;m in London waiting for my work permit application, it should be out in the next two weeks. By the time the permit comes out I&rsquo;ll be play in the league until December, &rdquo;said Brian Fok to <b>allnigeriasoccer.com</b>.<br /><br />&ldquo;.I want to work my way up. When my loan ends I can simply return to Shanghai and join up for pre-season training in January, that is if I don&rsquo;t get sold.&rdquo;<br /><br />Brian Fok renewed his vows with Shanghai Greenland Shenhua in January by appending his signature to a deal that keeps him at the club until the end of the 2018 season.<br /><br />Born in Kaduna, the 22-year-old has committed his international future to Nigeria even though he has caps for the youth teams of Hong Kong.<br /><b><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel</b><br />
