Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur played out one of the most exciting games in Champions League history at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday night, with the London club going through on the away goals rule (4-4 on aggregate).
There were a total of seven goals scored, with South Korea star Son Heung-Min and England winger Raheem Sterling netting a brace each.
SuperSport pundit and former Everton defender Joseph Yobo reserved special praise for Son in his post-match analysis, highlighting the fact that he stepped up to the plate in the absence of the injured Harry Kane.
''With Harry Kane there, he (Son) is being overshadowed a little bit. We saw during the season when Kane was injured, he stepped up to the occasion,'' Yobo remarked.

Tottenham Hotspur will be without Son Heung-min when they host Ajax Amsterdam in the semifinal at the end of the month after he was yellow carded in the 48th minute vs Manchester City.
