Swiss vice-champions Lucerne are looking for reinforcements in attack, and are focusing on the Israeli-Nigerian forward of Hapoel Tel Aviv, Toto Tamuz reports blick.ch.<br /><br />Tamuz has a market value of &euro;1 .5 million which has not deterred the Swiss club from preparing a bid. Lucerne also have an excellent relationship with Tamuz's agent, Ronen Katzav.<br /><br />Hapoel Tel Aviv have financial problems, and want to sell their high earners this summer including Nigerians Nosa Igiebor and Toto Tamuz. <br /><br />Despite having an injury plagued season, the 24-year-old&nbsp; Tamuz scored 13 goals in the Israeli Championship in the 2011 - 2012 campaign. He pockets 200,000 dollars as annual wages.<br />
