Arsenal's Nigerian-born midfielder Tim Akinola completed a deadline day loan move to Scottish Premiership side Dundee United.
The deal was completed in time for the promising youngster to be named in the matchday squad in the derby against Dundee FC on Tuesday night but he watched proceedings from the bench for the entirety of the game.
It was Akinola's second squad involvement for a first team fixture since he started his career.
The 20-year-old was an unused substitute for Lincoln City in their Papa John's Trophy clash against Accrington Stanley on December 4, 2018.
Akinola will be sporting the number 15 for the remainder of the season - same number he wore at the back of his jersey as a substitute against Dundee FC.
The Anglo-Nigerian had only one training session with the rest of his teammates at Dundee United prior to the trip to Kilmac Stadium at Dens Park.
Dundee and Dundee United shared the spoils in a goalless draw.
