A key member of the Glasgow Rangers squad that won the Scottish Premiership title unbeaten in 2020-2021, Joe Aribo has confessed that Arsenal academy product Glen Kamara is the best player he has ever played with it in his career.
Aribo and Kamara joined the Light Blues two years ago, with the Super Eagle arriving from Charlton Athletic in June 2019 and the Finland international acquired from Dundee in January of that year.
Once a highly-touted youth player at Arsenal, Kamara is a technical midfielder with calmness on the ball and positional awareness though he is lacking in end product, with only four goals in 107 appearances for the Scottish giants.
Speaking to E3 Exercise's Eriggo Hamilton, Aribo replied when asked to name the best player he's ever played with : " "I am not going to lie I have to say my boy Glen Kamara. He's solid, different class. He's a very smart player."
One of the best moments in Aribo's career was scoring a trademark goal against Brazil in a glamour international friendly in October 2019.
The Super Eagles number 10 came up against Neymar and Philippe Coutinho at the National Stadium in Singapore.
Aribo has revealed that the PSG super star and the ex-Liverpool dazzler are the best players he has played against and both are smart with the ball.
"There are two. There's Neymar but like when I mean someone who's like on the day playing against I'm thinking this guy is different, it's Coutinho".
Aribo played 64 minutes of Rangers' 3-0 rout of Livingston in their Scottish Premiership opener on Saturday.
