Glasgow Rangers made it four wins from four under new boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst following a 3-0 rout of Dundee in a Scottish Premiership match at Ibrox Stadium on Saturday evening.
There were starts for Joe Aribo and Calvin Bassey with the Nigeria international playing in the middle of the park and the ex-Super Eagles invitee continuing his role as a central defender in the absence of the recuperating Leon Balogun.
Rangers headed into the game on the back of three consecutive wins against Sparta Prague, Livingston and Hibernian.
Aribo gave his side the lead when his shot found the back of the net thanks to a deflection from Liam Fontaine nine minutes before halftime.
The Super Eagles star forced an own goal in the 55th minute as Ryan Sweeney knocked a cross from the Nigerian past his own goalkeeper, and Alfredo Morelos ended the game as a contest when he grabbed Rangers' third goal in the 70th minute.
Aribo was applauded by the Rangers faithful as he was leaving the pitch to be replaced by Bacuna with nine minutes left on the clock.
Rangers have moved seven points clear of second placed Celtic after their win against Dundee.
