Arsenal are rivaling Liverpool for the signature of Chelsea contract rebel Dominic Solanke, 19, according to reports in the British media. <br /><br />London Football says the Gunners are monitoring the situation of the England U20 international and are interested in bringing him to the Emirates whether or not Arsene Wenger remains coach.<br /><br />Solanke will be a free agent in the summer but his next club will have to pay Chelsea a minimum of eight million pounds because he is a academy-trained player, having joined the Blues at the age of 8.<br /><br />The 19-year-old and his camp are demanding seven times his current wages, put at &pound;50,000 a week, before extending his contract.<br /><br />Solanke is reportedly on the radar of the Nigeria Football Federation with a view to a call-up to the national team in future.<br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br /><br />Photo Credit : chelseafc.com<br /><br /><br />
