<b>Allnigeriasoccer.com</b> has been informed that La Liga champions Barcelona beat an unnamed Tunisian club to the signature of Super Eagles winger Ezekiel Bassey. <br /><br />The Enyimba loanee had been offered to the Tunisian club by a Nigerian intermediary but they kept dragging their feet on offering him a deal until news surfaced that he had signed for Barcelona.<br /><br />The North Africans have not thrown in the towel in their pursuit of Ezekiel and are plotting a move for the 20-year-old in the summer when his loan deal with the Camp Nou side would have run out.<br /><br />That said, Enyimba are optimistic that Barca will retain the services of Ezekiel and have informed via a press release that he has appended his signature to a two-and-a-half-year contract in total.<br /><br />On the other hand, the <i>Azulgranas </i>have made it crystal clear that the Nigerian penned a five-month loan deal, with the option of a permanent move (two-year deal) in July.<br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel&nbsp;
