According to Swedish transfer market website Fotbolltransfers, Swedish-born Nigerian striker Zebedee Kennedy is attracting interest from top European clubs ahead of the reopening of the transfer window.
Juventus, Chelsea and Wolverhampton Wanderers are among the clubs showing interest in the talented 16-year-old forward, who comes from a footballing family.
Zebedee's elder brother, Zion Kennedy is currently on the books of Sölvesborgs GoIF, while his father represented clubs in Nigeria and Italy before hanging up his boots.
Regarded as one of the top talents in Swedish football, Zebedee Kennedy joined Mjallby last November, after spells with the youth teams of Moffe BK and GIF Sundsvall.
On the international stage, he has represented Sweden at U15 and U16 level, recording four goals in twelve matches.
Kennedy was handed an opportunity with Mjallby's first team during pre-season, making a notable impression by finding the net in a friendly against Artis Brno.
Although he has not made his debut in the Allsvenskan, he has already emerged as a highly sought-after prospect.
Apart from Juventus, Chelsea and Wolverhampton Wanderers, Italian clubs Juventus and Bologna, and Portuguese setup Benfica are keeping tabs on the highly rated teenager.
Kennedy has a contract with reigning Swedish champions Mjallby until the end of the 2028 Swedish season.
