Derby County defender Curtis Davies reckons that Michael Olise will bid farewell to Reading in the summer.
The attacking midfielder is having an outstanding season at the Royals, leading to a scramble for his signature, with almost half of the Premier League clubs credited with an interest.
Olise has been a regular in the Reading lineup this term, playing 39 games in the Championship and scoring six goals while providing ten assists.
"I think if he's in the Championship next year I'd be very surprised, whether if it's with Reading or whatever happens," Davies said on Sky Sports (via Berkshire Live).
"He needs to go because this lad has got so much ability. His individual ability to take the ball past people, to run with the ball, close feet, [he has got] everything.
"I've been so impressed with him. When Reading came to Derby at the start of the season they ran away with the game and he was massive.
"He has grown and grown as the season has gone on."
The 19-year-old Olise has a contract with Reading until the end of the 2021-2022 season.
