Championship club, Reading have announced on their club website that talented Nigerian defender, Gabriel Osho has joined League One side, Bristol Rovers on a loan deal.
The 20-year-old central defender will team up Graham Coughlan's team for the remainder of the season as he continues to accrue some valuable first-team experience in the third-tier.
Osho made his senior team break through for Reading in a league match versus Middlesbrough on December 23rd, 2018 and also featured versus Millwall last year.
Having progressed through the youth age grades at the Madjeski stadium, the youngster has been farmed out on loan to National League sides Aldershot and Maidenhead United to continue his development.
He penned his first professional deal with The Royals in July 2016, signing on until the summer of 2020.
The deal was completed just in time and he is available for selection when Rovers host Peterborough United at the Memorial Stadium this evening.
