Premier League club Chelsea have announced that Nigerian striker Tammy Abraham has been farmed out on loan to Bristol City. <br /><br />The 18-year-old Abraham will spend the whole of the 2016-2017 season on loan at the Ashton Gate Stadium outfit to enable him continue his development.<br /><br />An England U19 international, the attacker is thought to be on the radar of the Nigeria Football Federation.<br /><br />He made his competitive debut for Chelsea against Liverpool in the Premier League and went on to play against Leicester City on the final day of last season.<br /><br />Tammy Abraham has been handed the number nine kit at Bristol City and could made his debut tomorrow against Wigan Athletic at Ashton Gate.<br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br /><br />Photo Credit : Bristol City/ jmpuk.com<br />
