Wednesday's 1-0 loss to the NároΓΒák of Czech Republic made it four successive games without a win for the Russia-bound Super Eagles, a period which has seen them lose to European nations Serbia, England and their latest opponents while drawing to continental rivals, DR Congo.
Despite the latest defeat, the German is assuring fans that the team will surely turn up when they face teams in Russia and that the friendly results do not matter much.
"We've 9 days to be ready for our 1st match vs Croatia, as at today we are not ready. I am not sad because of this result, the result that matters will be in Russia", Rohr said post-match.
It is equally worth noting that during those last four games, the team have not managed to pull off a first half win particularly due to their poor showings during that period, but normally go full swing at their opponents after the recess, a trend Rohr must try to correct.
