Ex-Flying Eagles Defender Opens Rotherham United Account; Adeyemi Nets Screamer

Ex-Flying Eagles star Semi Ajayi opened his goalscoring account for relegation-threatened Rotherham United in their 3-2 loss to Huddersfield Town on game week 32 in the Championship on Tuesday.<br /><br />The central defender gave the Millers the lead after 11 minutes when he fired home from close range.<br /><br />Midfielder Tom Adeyemi was the second player of Nigerian descent to get on the scoresheet when his shot from 25 yards went straight into the net.<br /><br />The goals from the Nigerians were not enough as strikes from Lolley, Kachunga and Smith secured promotion chasers Huddersfield Town their 19th win of the season.<br /><br />Ajayi, who joined Rotherham United in January on loan from Cardiff City, played his fourth league game while Adeyemi suited up for the 19th time.<br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br />
