<b>Allnigeriasoccer.com</b> has been informed that Major League Soccer outfit New York Red Bulls have started running the rule over former Nigeria U23 international Gege Soriola, with a view to offering him a contract.<br /><br />The defender fell off the radar after his departure from South African topflight club Free State Stars in 2014.<br /><br />During the first half of the 2016 Nigeria Professional Football League, Gege Soriola represented Shooting Stars of Ibadan.<br /><br />The 27-year-old has also played locally for JUTH FC, Bayelsa United and Heartland.<br /><br />New York Red Bulls would be his second MLS club if he is offered a deal, having previously represented Montreal Impact.<br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel <br /><br />Photo Credit : Free State Stars <br />
