Ex-Manchester United GK, Bosnich : Ighalo Could Become The Next Eric Cantona
Former Manchester United and Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Bosnich reckons that Odion Ighalo could become the next Eric Cantona following his deadline day move to The Red Devils.
A section of fans have criticised the loan signing of Ighalo, made possible only after United dropped their pursuit of Bournemouth's Josh King and former West Brom striker Salomon Rondon.
With center forward Marcus Rashford ruled out for at least two months due to a double stress fracture in his back, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was desperate to bolster his offensive options and eventually settled for Ighalo.
"The boy that's come in (Ighalo) has got nothing to lose, nobody expects anything unbelievable from him but they definitely needed somebody in that position," said Bosnich to Sky Sports.
