Through official channels, Leatherhead have announced the signing of Nigerian striker Daniel Akindayini on loan from Margate. <br /><br />Born in London, the center forward spent his formative years as a footballer with the youth team of Tottenham Hotspur before he was released by the White Hart Lane outfit in the summer of 2015.<br /><br />Akindayini later signed for Brighton &amp; Hove Albion and played primarily for the U23 squad of the Seagulls.<br /><br />Meanwhile, ex-Stoke City youngster Tomi Adeloye is looking for pastures new after he was released by Leatherhead.<br /><br />He trained with the Nigeria U23 national team in June but was not picked for the Olympic Games in Rio.<br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br /><br /><br /><span class="_Xbe">Photo Credit : margate-fc.co.uk</span><br />
