According to information gathered by <b>allnigeriasoccer.com</b>&rsquo;s editorial staff, Porto and Club Brugge have reached an agreement for the loan of defensive midfielder Mikel Agu.<br /><br />There is no longer a point of conflict in negotiations between the Portuguese setup and the Pro League side as Mikel is already in Belgium to undergo a routine medical before appending his signature to a season - long contract.<br /><br />Since joining Porto from Megapp FC, the same nursery team that produced Elderson Echiejile and Isaac Success, Mikel has struggled to break into their first team squad , with only two appearances under his belt in the top flight.<br /><br />His minders have decided it is best for him to continue his development with Club Brugge.<br /><br />Mikel Agu has represented the reserve team of Porto 69 times in the Segunda Liga.<br /><br />Photo Credit : www.hsmporto.pt <br />
