<b>Allnigeriasoccer.com </b>understands that Super Eagles glovesman Daniel Akpeyi has ended speculation about his future by putting pen to paper on a new two-year contract with South African Premier Division team Chippa United.<br /><br />The goalkeeper had been offered the new deal by the Chilli Boys towards the end of last month, and finally appended his signature to the contract on Saturday, February 11.<br /><br />This season, Akpeyi has recorded 17 appearances for Chippa United across all competitions, and has posted four shutouts. <br /><br />The 30-year-old <span class="body1"><span class="body1">joined Chippa United from Nigerian side Warri Wolves in 2015, and has established himself as one of the most important members in the squad.<br /><br />Chippa United face Mamelodi Sundowns in the league on Tuesday. <br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel <br /></span></span>
