Football governing body, Fifa, on Thursday morning published its latest ranking of National Teams.<br /><br />Compared to their position the previous month, the Super Eagles have dropped five places and now occupy the 67th position while they are 14th in the continental ranking.<br /><br />Algeria, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Senegal and Egypt are the top five teams in Africa in that order.<br /><br />Nigeria&rsquo;s next opponents in a competitive fixture,Tanzania, have also lost five positions and sit in the 130th place in the updated ranking.<br /><br />In the global ranking, 2014 World Cup vice-champions Argentina lead the way followed by Belgium,Chile,Colombia and Germany.<br /><br />The next ranking will be published by the official website of Fifa, fifa.com, on May 5, 2016.<br /><br /><u><b>Top Ten African Teams</b></u><br />1) Algeria<br />2) Ivory Coast<br />3) Ghana<br />4) Senegal<br />5) Egypt <br />6) Cape Verde Islands <br />7) Tunisia<br />8) Congo DR<br />9) Guinea<br />10) Congo<br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br />
