Fulham Young Star Tayo Edun Goes The Distance As England U18s Lose To South Korea
England Under-18s lost 3-0 to South Korea at the Suwon World Cup Stadium on Sunday in an international friendly.<br /><br />Fulham youngster with Nigerian roots, Tayo Edun, added to his international caps at youth level, playing 90 minutes of the tie against the Asians, having entered into the fray as a substitute against the same opponents last Friday.<br /><br />Lee Seung-Woo netted the opener in the fourth minute and the scoreboard was reading 1-0 when both teams went into the interval.<br /><br />Lee Sang Min gave the South Koreans a two-goal lead eleven minutes out of intermission before Cho Young Wook completed the scoring in the 65th minute.<br /><br />The 18-year-old Edun would have featured for the Young Lions at the 2015 Fifa U17 World Cup but missed the tournament in Chile after picking up an injury.<br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel <br /><br />Photo Credit : fulhamfc.com<br />
