Swedish Superettan club GAIS have started running the rule over ex-Viking striker Henry Osita Chikere, with a view to a transfer in the winter transfer market.<br /><br />Aged 25, Chikere started last season with Viking but was loaned out to First Division club Sogndal in August due to his lack of first-team opportunities.<br /><br />&ldquo;There is a big and strong forward, a real ball receiver.&nbsp; The type of player is always interesting,&rdquo; sports director Fredrik Mohlin&nbsp; told GAIS official webpage.<br /><br />&ldquo;He&rsquo;s an exciting player we should familiarize ourselves with, and it&rsquo;s always good to see the player in our environment.&rdquo;<br /><br />Chikere had stops at Bayelsa United and Sunshine Stars before switching to Viking in 2013.<br /><br />Photo Credit : sogndalfotball.no<br />
