Get French Football News has published a list of the top hundred footballers that French football has to offer with two Nigeria internationals making the cut.
To be eligible for the GFFN 100, the player must have been a registered squad member of a Ligue 1 or a Ligue 2 club on the 31st December 2021.

Simon has enjoyed a good start to the 2021-2022 season after a rocky start to 2021, with a goal involvement of eight in eighteen appearances in the Ligue 1.

Moffi impressed at Lorient in the second half of last season with 13 goals across 22 appearances, leading to a maiden call-up to the Super Eagles and being linked with more glamorous clubs in Europe.
RC Lens midfielder Seko Fofana was ranked the top player in France followed by Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe.
Lyon's Lucas Paqueta, PSG super star Lionel Messi and Lille's Benjamin Andre complete the top five.
Other eye-catching names included in the top hundred are Neymar (24th), Dimitri Payet (7th), Gianluigi Donnarumma (8th), Achraf Hakimi (17th) and Angel Di Maria (26th).
